Ultimately, search engines such as Google independently determine which websites appear in search results.

PR & Media Distribution

Publication approval is subject to the editorial policies of third-party media outlets.

We assist with content preparation and distribution, but we cannot guarantee that an announcement will be published on all requested platforms.

Final decisions are made by media networks (including platforms such as ABC, CBS, Google News, and affiliated partners).

Website Creation & Digital Services

Websites are developed according to agreed specifications and industry standards.

While we ensure a professional structure and presentation, we do not guarantee business results, lead generation, or conversion outcomes.

Outdoor Media & Advertising

All outdoor advertising campaigns are subject to the approval of third-party display networks and media operators.

While BMC Wholesale Boost assists in the design, preparation, and submission of your visual materials, we cannot guarantee that a campaign or visual will be approved.

Each advertising provider (including but not limited to billboards, street panels, bus shelters, gyms, pharmacies, and other display networks) applies its own internal guidelines, policies, and compliance standards.

Final approval remains at the sole discretion of the media company.

In the event that a visual or campaign is not approved:

• Our team will work with you to adjust or revise the content
• Alternative placements may be proposed

If no suitable alternative is available:

• The amount paid will be converted into account credit
• This credit may be used toward other services or wholesale purchases on BMCWholesale.com

3. Deposits & Payments

A deposit or full payment is required to initiate most services.
Work begins once payment has been received.

Deposits are applied toward the agreed service and associated resources.

4. Service Availability & Limitations

Certain services depend on third-party providers, infrastructure, technical compatibility, and availability.

In the event that a service cannot be completed due to factors beyond our control:

• The amount paid will be converted into account credit
• This credit may be used toward other services offered on this platform or wholesale purchases on BMCWholesale.com

5. Printing Services – Terms & Guarantee

By confirming an order for printing services with BMC Wholesale Boost, you agree to the following terms:

Printing Guarantee

Our printing services are guaranteed against manufacturing defects only, provided that the files submitted meet required printing standards.

Important Limitations

1. Color Accuracy

Printed colors are not guaranteed to exactly match what is seen on screen.
Screens use RGB, while printing uses CMYK.

Variations may occur due to:

• Screen calibration
• Material type
• Printing method

Reprints due to color differences are not covered.

2. Client File Responsibility

Clients are fully responsible for all submitted files, including:

• Text content
• Layout and design
• File setup

Errors are not eligible for reprint or refund.

3. File Requirements

Files must meet the following:

• CMYK format
• 300 DPI resolution
• 1/8″ bleed
• Proper layout and margins

Non-compliant files are not covered under warranty.

4. Minor Variations

Acceptable variations include:

• Cutting tolerance under 1/8″
• Minor alignment shifts
• Slight color inconsistencies

5. Returns & Reprints

• Claims within 5 days of delivery
• Products must be unused
• Reprints use original files only

No modifications included.

6. Custom Production

All products are custom-made and cannot be exchanged unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

7. Production & Timing

• Orders may enter production immediately
• Changes may incur fees
• Timelines are not guaranteed
• Not responsible for delays (shipping, production, external factors)

8. Order Accuracy

Up to 5% quantity variation may occur.

9. Quality vs Speed

Express production may impact quality.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Submitting compliant files
• Approving content before production

7. Limitation of Liability

BMC Wholesale Boost shall not be held liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Third-party decisions (media, platforms, search engines)
• Performance variations due to market conditions

8. Modifications
